We’re looking for an experienced e-invoicing Product Lead to help with product roadmap, customer delivery, compliance readiness, partner relationships, operational success and who can own the e-invoicing vertical

üìòRequirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field and significant experience in Product Ownership/Management role.
- Experience: Min 8+ years of experience in Product Owner/Lead role.
- Good Knowledge on e-invoicing and Peppol
- Good ERP understanding (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, ERP Next).
- Good in Customer handling and Stakeholder management.
- Should have prior experience in Product Management
- Should be aware of Business & Financial Processes that's followed in Companies
üìòKey Responsibilities
- Define and execute E-Invoice business strategy.
- Manage customer onboarding and implementation delivery.
- Act as primary escalation point for customers and partners.
- Coordinate with FTA/Peppol ecosystem stakeholders.
- Drive adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor implementation pipeline and support SLAs.
- Identify product enhancement requirements and work with development teams.
- Prepare management dashboards and business reports.
