Role Description The Practical Nurse role at Al Iman Hospital is a full-time, on-site position based in Aley. The Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, including monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and supporting infection control and safety protocols. The Practical Nurse collaborates with the healthcare team, communicates clearly with patients and families, and helps ensure a clean, organized, and supportive clinical environment. The role also involves participating in shift handovers, following hospital policies, and engaging in ongoing training as required.
Qualifications
* Valid Practical Nurse diploma or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
* Current nursing license/registration as required by local regulations.
* Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing procedures, vital sign monitoring, and patient care techniques.
* Ability to follow clinical instructions, hospital protocols, and infection control standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
