We are looking for an experienced and technically driven ERP & Business Applications Team Lead to lead the development, optimization, integration, and support of our enterprise business applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of business analysts, application developers, and technical resources.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and other business applications, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Manage application integrations, system configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting while ensuring data integrity.
- Remain actively involved in application design, development, and complex technical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and system improvements.
- Ensure application reliability, performance, proper documentation, and effective end-user support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in ERP systems, business applications, or software development.
- Strong practical experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Database, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of business processes, particularly Finance, Inventory, and HR.
- Proven experience supervising technical teams and coordinating development activities.
- Experience with application integration, system enhancements, and enterprise application support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with team coordination and business priorities.
