Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations and overall business performance. This role includes managing daily store activities, supervising and coaching staff, and ensuring that sales, service, and operational targets are met. The General Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures accurate merchandising and pricing. They analyze financial and sales reports, develop action plans to improve profitability, and enforce company policies and procedures. The role also involves maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment, resolving escalated customer issues, and collaborating with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
