S.P.E.A.R is looking for a driven, passionate, and results-oriented Potential Agency Leader to join our growing Life Insurance division. üî∑ What You Will Do
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of licensed life insurance Potential Unit Leader and Financial Advisors
- Drive team sales performance to consistently achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop business strategies to grow your agency's market presence
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, joint fieldwork, and performance reviews
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure top-tier customer service standards
- Collaborate with the Section Head and management to align agency goals with company objectives
üî∑ What We Are Looking For
- A demonstrated track record of leadership or team management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Existing network or client base is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree, Relevant licenses or certifications are a plus but not mandatory — we provide training
