Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at Drip&sip in Kaslik. The Barista prepares and serves coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and providing prompt, friendly customer service. The Barista is responsible for food preparation of pastries or light snacks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and restocking supplies. The role also involves operating coffee equipment, following safety and hygiene guidelines, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout each shift.
