- Adapt content to different platforms, formats, audiences and specifications.
- Create engaging thumbnails, supporting visuals and other assets to complement video content.
- Incorporate motion graphics, basic animations, typography and logo animations where appropriate.
- Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to generate ideas, enhance visuals, streamline editing and improve creative workflows.
- Experiment with different content formats, hooks, storytelling techniques and emerging social media trends.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, content writers and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Revise and refine content based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, creative techniques, editing tools and emerging technologies.

- Ability to work with footage, images, music, captions, text overlays and other creative assets.
- A creative mindset with an interest in experimenting with new formats and visual approaches.
- Good communication, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership of creative tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools .
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video generation, voiceovers, image generation and creative workflows.
- Experience creating content for personal brands, executives, thought leaders or B2B audiences.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, typography and visual effects.
- Experience creating social media thumbnails, hooks and short-form content designed to maximize engagement.
- Understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms and social media performance.
- A background in Film, Media Production, Communications, Digital Media or a related creative field.
Application requirements:
- Portfolio is a must. Candidates must share examples of their video editing and content creation work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in video editing, content creation or digital media production is preferred.
- A degree in Film, Media Production, Communications or a related field is an advantage, but creativity and demonstrated ability matter more than academic qualifications.
Most importantly: We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media, thinks creatively and isn't afraid to experiment. Someone who can take an idea and make something interesting out of it; not just someone who knows how to operate editing software.
