Do you regularly experiment with Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents, and new automation tools? Do you enjoy finding ways to make them do useful work?
Buitanda is looking for a resourceful person to help us bring the latest AI capabilities into our daily operations.
You will work directly with management and alongside a strong development team to identify opportunities, experiment with tools, and turn successful ideas into reliable automations.
What you’ll do
- Follow developments in AI and identify tools and capabilities that could benefit our business.
- Set up AI agents to research businesses, find potential listings, organize information, and assist with adding listings to our platform.
- Build workflows that connect AI tools with our existing business systems.
- Explore automation across customer service, WATI and WhatsApp, social media, content creation, design, and reporting.
- Use AI to analyze business data and highlight useful insights.
- Test ideas, demonstrate results, and develop successful experiments into everyday workflows.
- Work with our developers when custom integrations or backend support are needed.
- Monitor automated tasks, check the quality of their output, and establish appropriate human review.
Who we’re looking for
- You actively use tools such as Claude and ChatGPT and explore new capabilities as they become available.
- You have practical experience with AI agents, browser automation, or workflow tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- You can take an idea from “Could we automate this?” to a working demonstration.
- You are comfortable learning unfamiliar tools and solving problems independently.
- You understand how AI can support business operations, research, marketing, and content.
- You communicate well in English and take ownership of your work.
Coding and API knowledge are advantages, but advanced software development or machine learning experience is not required. Our development team will support technical implementation.
We value demonstrated ability, curiosity, and results more than a specific degree.
