Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Lawyer position based on-site in Beirut. The Junior Lawyer will assist in legal research, preparation of contracts, and legal documentation. Additionally, the role involves providing support in client consultations, representation in meetings, and aiding in litigation cases. The Junior Lawyer will collaborate closely with senior legal professionals and ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
- Familiarity with Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Real Estate Law, and Litigation.
- Representing Clients in criminal investigations, hearings and trials.
- Drafting and reviewing criminal complaints, defenses and appeals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Bar admission in Lebanon.
- Applicants must have 1 to 2 years of experience.
