About the Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology & Digital InnovationDepartment for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints).
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Help implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration management (Ansible) for VM, network, and cloud resource provisioning across on-prem and Azure/M365 environments.
- Support containerization and orchestration work — deploying workloads to Kubernetes/container platforms, and troubleshooting running services.
- Document IT procedures, assets, and incident reports as part of knowledge base updates.
What We Need From You
A bachelor's degree in:Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Management Information system or any related field.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Time management and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Understanding of Active Directory and user account management
- Foundational understanding of containers, CI/CD concepts, and at least basic exposure to Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
