Currently, PKF Chartouni is seeking a motivated Senior Auditor to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of our audit team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and transparency of financial information for our clients.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Conducting audits of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards as well as ISQM 1 and ISQM 2
- Planning and executing audit engagements efficiently and effectively
- Reviewing workpapers prepared by audit staff and providing guidance as necessary
- Communicating audit findings to clients and drafting audit reports
- Developing and maintaining effective client relationships
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in external auditing
- Certified in DipIFR or similar is a plus· Strong understanding of audit methodologies and standards (IFRS, etc.)
- Proven experience managing and leading audit engagements
Technical skills and competencies:
- Proficiency in audit software and tools such as Caseware.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions· Excellent understanding of risk assessment and internal controls
