Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to connect business needs with technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders and delivery teams to define and prioritize requirements, support UAT, maintain documentation, and help ensure solutions deliver meaningful business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements
- Collaborate with System Architect in managing backlog items based on business value, impact, and dependencies
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Maintain functional and product documentation
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Product or Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, PMI-PBA) are a plus
Knowledge
- Business requirements elicitation and analysis
- User story writing and backlog management
- Process modelling and optimization
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms
Language Proficiency
- English (fluent)
- Arabic (advantageous)
- French (advantageous)
Technical Competencies
- Project Management Tools: JIRA or Trello or Azure DevOps
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge in Scrum, Kanban
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with modern web technologies and ability to document API requirements
- Analytics and Reporting: Power BI, data visualization, and KPI dashboard creation
- Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and modern communication platforms
- Risk Management: Risk assessment tools, mitigation planning, and compliance tracking
Experience
- 4+ years in Business Analysis roles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to work closely with technical teams
