NIGHT SHIFT

YMY Tutoring is an education company founded in Lebanon in 2019, providing online and in-person tutoring services to students across the Middle East and internationally.

We connect students with qualified tutors across a wide range of university and academic subjects, making it easier for students to get the support they need—whether through live online sessions, in-home tutoring, or academic resources.

Today, YMY is growing its team and expanding its services to reach more students and universities across the region.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mar Elias, Beirut.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
Assist students and parents with their tutoring requests.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Coordinate with tutors and the internal team.
Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Organized, responsive, and proactive.
Comfortable working with WhatsApp and online platforms.

Location: Mar Elias, Beirut
