CIVE® is a Houston-based design-build firm with an offshore office in Beirut Digital District. We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to coordinate project models, lead and support BIM Authors, and maintain the quality and consistency of BIM deliverables.
Position Details
• Location: Beirut Digital District, Lebanon
• Employment type: Full-time, onsite
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate BIM project datasets, model setup, and architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Develop, coordinate, and publish BIM models to integrate design and construction information.
• Lead, follow up with, and support BIM Authors throughout production and delivery.
• Perform model quality checks with the BIM Manager in accordance with CIVE’s procedures.
• Implement clash detection and lead clash resolution with project teams.
• Create and maintain Revit templates and families to support efficient model production.
• Develop Dynamo scripts to improve BIM workflows.
• Support plotting, electronic file submissions, and software template management.
• Train BIM Authors, oversee daily activities, and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal IT and software support teams.
• Collaborate with the BIM Manager on workflow implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of professional BIM coordination experience in architectural or engineering disciplines.
• Revit Professional Certificate required.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Fuzor, Photoshop, and After Effects; Lumion is additionally relevant to the architectural discipline.
• Experience working in ISO 19650 and BS 1192 environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
