Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of the Brainex ONE platform through comprehensive testing and quality assurance. The QA Tester will identify defects, validate system functionality and integrations, and collaborate with development teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the Brainex ONE intelligent platform
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI-powered logistics operations
- Validate system-led functionality and intelligent automation features
- Perform rigorous testing of complex business workflows and operational processes
- Implement automated testing frameworks and continuous quality assurance processes
- Test multi-language, multi-cultural, and accessibility features across the platform
- Validate AI/ML model performance and intelligent system behavior
- Ensure seamless integration testing across all platform modules
- Conduct performance testing for high-volume operational data and real-time processing
- Collaborate with development teams to establish quality gates and acceptance criteria
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies
- Risk Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- QA/Testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) preferred
- Automation testing certifications (Selenium, TestComplete) advantageous
- Performance testing certifications (valuable)
Knowledge
- Deep expertise in software testing methodologies, quality assurance, and best practices
- Strong understanding of enterprise software testing and complex system validation
- Knowledge of AI/ML testing approaches and intelligent system validation
- Experience with logistics operations, enterprise workflows, and business process testing
- Understanding of accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and multi-cultural testing
- Familiarity with Agile testing practices and DevSecOps integration
Language Proficiency:
- English (fluent)
- Arabic (advantageous)
- French (advantageous)
Technical Competencies
- Automated Testing: Strong proficiency in Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright
- Programming Languages: Advanced skills in Python, JavaScript for test automation
- API Testing: REST API testing, Postman, Newman, and API automation frameworks
- Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools
- Test Management: JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, and test case management systems
- Database Testing: SQL skills for database validation and data integrity testing
- CI/CD Integration: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps for automated testing pipelines
- Security Testing: Basic security testing tools and vulnerability assessment
- Mobile Testing: Mobile automation and device testing frameworks
- Accessibility Testing: Screen readers, accessibility testing tools, and WCAG validation
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- At least 2 years of experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
- Experience in enterprise applications, logistics, or ERP systems testing preferred
- Proven track record with performance testing, load testing, and scalability validation
- Background in API testing, database testing, and integration testing
- Experience with Agile testing methodologies and continuous integration
- Track record of AI/ML system testing or intelligent application validation advantageous
- Experience with accessibility testing and compliance validation
