Role Description The Night Auditor is a full-time, on-site role based at The Parisian Plaza Hotel in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. This role is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during night shifts, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries and requests. The Night Auditor ensures accurate posting of room charges and other hotel services, reconciles daily financial transactions, and prepares end-of-day reports. Additional responsibilities include monitoring lobby and public area activity, coordinating with housekeeping and security when needed, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the hotel’s standards of service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Receptionist Duties and Reservations, including managing check-ins/outs and updating booking systems accurately.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and hotel teams, both in person and over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Cash Handling skills, including processing payments, balancing cash drawers, and reconciling financial transactions.
- Prior experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality operations is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work independently during night shifts are essential.
- Familiarity with property management systems and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; hospitality-related education or certifications are an asset.
