We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Beirut with teamwork spirit and very good communication skills.
Responsibilities
▪Communicates with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
▪ Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, and activities.
▪ Design packages and negotiate with customers.
▪ Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
▪ Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
▪ Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
▪ Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
