Role Description:
We are looking for an Indoor Sales & Insurance Advisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Zouk Mikael. In this role, the advisor will engage with clients, present insurance products, explain coverage options, and guide clients toward solutions that best fit their needs and budgets.
Daily responsibilities include:
The advisor will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies, and collaborate with colleagues across sales, finance, and operations to ensure a smooth client experience and alignment with company goals.
