Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secretary / Sales role based in Dbayeh, supporting Copax-FMS operations related to fleet management systems. The role includes handling clerical and administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, preparing documents, organizing files, and scheduling appointments and meetings. The position supports sales activities by preparing proposals, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales team on client inquiries and demonstrations. The role involves answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, and providing customer service to existing and potential clients. The Secretary / Sales team member will also assist executives with day-to-day administrative needs, help maintain office supplies and records, and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
