Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jal El Dib. The person in this role will identify prospective clients, present family protection and retirement plan solutions, and guide clients through the decision-making and enrollment process. Daily activities include meeting with clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing tailored proposals, and following up to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the team on sales strategies, attend training sessions, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.
