We are hiring a PMP certified project manager to run projects across our portfolio. Remote, must be based in Beirut | 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Lebanon time
The work is mixed: Digital and marketing projects, and software delivery. You'll move between different kinds of work in the same week, so breadth matters as much as depth here.
The shift runs 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Lebanon time, which keeps you reachable through the US business day.
What you'll be doing
- * Planning projects end to end: scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
- Running projects across disciplines, from engineering and construction deliverables to digital campaigns and software releases
- Holding teams to their deadlines and surfacing slippage early, while it's still fixable
- Managing client communication: status updates, change requests, and expectations
- Tracking budgets and flagging overruns before they land
- Maintaining real project documentation: plans, schedules, risk registers, and decision records
- Coordinating across timezones between Beirut based teams, external contractors, and US clients
- Running the meetings each project type actually needs, rather than the same ritual for everything
- Finding what's blocking people and clearing it
- Reporting to leadership on status, risk, and resourcing
Must-haves
- * PMP certification, current and in good standing
- Proven experience managing projects end to end, with examples from more than one discipline
- Comfortable with both plan driven delivery and agile ways of working, and able to judge which one a project calls for
- Strong with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet
- Excellent spoken and written English, since you'll deal directly with US clients
- Able to run several active projects at once without losing the detail on any of them
- Firm but calm with teams and clients, chasing deadlines without burning relationships
- Based in Beirut and available 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Lebanon time
- Your own laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup plan for power and connection during evening hours
- A quiet workspace suitable for client calls
