WE’RE HIRING | DESIGN SALES CONSULTANT
We are looking for a Design Sales Consultant to join our showroom team.
If you have a background in Interior Design and a passion for furniture, design, and working with clients, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
• Proactively contact potential and existing customers and follow up on leads
• Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets
• Suggest furniture designs, layouts, and suitable solutions
• Assist clients with material, fabric, finish, and color selections
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals
• Follow up with clients from the initial inquiry until closing the sale
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the showroom
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field — mandatory
• Previous experience in sales, furniture, interior design, or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior aesthetics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and comfortable making phone calls and following up with potential customers
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
• Presentable with a professional attitude
• Fluent in Arabic and English
