Innovest is looking for a Business Growth & Development Associate to work across our portfolio of businesses and help identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities.
This is a hands-on role combining business development, market research, AI & technology, CRM, digital growth, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities• Identify new customers, partnerships, markets, and commercial opportunities
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
• Build prospect databases and support outreach and follow-up
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development materials
• Support CRM, sales pipelines, and business development processes
• Explore AI tools and automation to improve productivity and growth
• Support digital growth, SEO/GEO, and online positioning initiatives
• Track business development KPIs, pipeline, conversions, and growth initiatives
• Work with management teams to turn opportunities into measurable results
Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded, technology-oriented, and eager to learn through hands-on execution.
Relevant backgrounds may include Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
You should have:
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Interest in entrepreneurship and business growth
• Comfort using technology and AI tools
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up effectively
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
