Role Description
The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions, handling cash, card and digital payments, issuing receipts, and providing friendly customer service. The role also includes processing online orders, coordinating order preparation, and ensuring orders are ready for delivery or customer pickup. Additional duties include maintaining the checkout area, reconciling the cash drawer, assisting with inventory checks, and following company policies on returns, exchanges, and discounts.
