Mechanical Engineer – MEP Contracting & O&M
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in MEP/mechanical contracting, with additional experience in operation & maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and supervise mechanical works on construction/MEP projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Review drawings, specifications, materials, and technical submissions.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
Support operation & maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Prepare reports, follow up on site progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4–5 years of relevant experience in MEP/mechanical contracting.
Experience in HVAC systems, installation, testing & commissioning, and preferably O&M.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and work independently.
