Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a PMP Online Tutor at Booking Basics. The tutor will deliver online Project Management Professional (PMP) exam preparation sessions, including live classes, one-on-one tutoring, and small group workshops using virtual teaching tools. Daily tasks include preparing structured lesson plans, explaining PMP concepts and processes, reviewing practice questions and mock exams, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The tutor will respond to learner questions via online communication channels, track learner progress, and adjust teaching strategies to support individual learning goals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of PMI guidelines and PMP exam changes to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
Qualifications
* Current PMP certification and strong knowledge of PMI framework, project management processes, and exam domains.
* Demonstrated experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring adults in project management or related fields.
* Proficiency with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital collaboration resources.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities to plan lessons, manage multiple learners, and meet schedules.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
* Comfort working independently in a remote environment and maintaining professional, responsive learner interactions.
* Experience developing study plans, practice exams, and learning materials for certification preparation is beneficial.
