Role Description We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist to join our team in Beirut.
This role is focused on social media strategy, audience growth, content development, and performance optimization across the social media accounts and digital platforms managed by SOL.
We’re looking for someone who understands audience behavior, platform trends, algorithms, and analytics, and can consistently develop creative ideas and strategies that increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop social media strategies across different accounts and platforms
- Generate creative content ideas and new formats
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Analyze content performance and audience behavior
- Monitor trends, algorithms, platform updates, and emerging formats
- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms
- Research competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to campaign concepts and digital growth initiatives
- Collaborate with editorial, production, design, and video teams
Qualifications Proven experience in social media strategy or digital content
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms
* Strong knowledge of organic growth and engagement strategies*
* Ability to analyze social media metrics and performance
* Creative and strategic mindset
* Strong understanding of digital trends and audience behavior
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Previous experience in media, digital publishing, production, or creative agencies is a plus
* Arabic and English proficiency preferred
