Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paid Media Specialist role based in Beirut. The Paid Media Specialist will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other paid media channels, ensuring clear KPIs and strong return on ad spend. Day-to-day tasks include media planning, campaign execution, audience targeting, budget management, and performance analysis using analytics tools. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to align media strategy with campaign objectives and creative assets. The Paid Media Specialist will also contribute to testing roadmaps, tracking conversion, reporting, and continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Media Planning and Marketing, including campaign setup, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and New Media skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage audiences across digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Research skills to analyze markets, competitors, and audience behaviors and to inform targeting and messaging.
- Experience with major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) is highly beneficial.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort interpreting data and presenting clear insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising, and a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) are preferred.
