Role Description
We’re looking for a Kurdish-speaking Call Operator for a full-time, remote position, working Sunday to Thursday, 8 hours per day.
The Call Operator will contact potential customers using company-provided call lists and prepared scripts, communicate information clearly, and record call outcomes accurately. Responsibilities include updating customer information, submitting daily reports, and referring complex inquiries to the relevant team. The successful candidate will follow company procedures and maintain professional communication and confidentiality.

Compensation
$350 per month during probation, increasing to $400 afterward.
