Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jbeil, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, managing staffing schedules, and supporting training and performance feedback. The Restaurant Manager monitors food quality, safety, hygiene, and adherence to QSR standards, while maintaining inventory, coordinating orders, and managing basic cost controls. The role involves resolving guest concerns, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and collaborating with leadership on promotions, sales targets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or QSR management, with a strong understanding of daily operations and guest service.
- Proficiency in team leadership, including coaching, scheduling, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to manage inventory, monitor costs, and support basic budgeting and reporting activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfort working on-site in Jbeil, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Experience in quick service or fast-casual dining.
- Relevant vocational training or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
