Role Description The Insurance Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut. This role involves meeting with clients to assess their financial needs, explaining insurance products and investment options, and developing tailored financial and retirement plans. The advisor will prepare proposals, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and provide ongoing guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a high level of service. The role also includes participating in outreach activities to expand the client base and strengthen long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Investments to analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term strategies.
- Solid understanding of Insurance products, risk management concepts, and policy structures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and explain complex information clearly.
- Proven ability in client relationship management, with a consultative and ethical approach.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and comfort working with numbers and financial tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory roles is preferred.
