We're Hiring: Demand Planner
Reporting to: Demand Planning Manager
At Beesline, we're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Procurement and Production teams to ensure product availability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market dynamics into forecasts.
• Analyze demand patterns and forecast accuracy to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through data-driven recommendations and reporting.
• Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory performance, and supply chain metrics.
What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and forecasting systems is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
