Role Description The BIM Landscape Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Lebanon Governorate, Lebanon. In this role, the team member develops and coordinates landscape designs within a BIM environment, including site layouts, planting schemes, and outdoor space concepts. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating detailed 2D/3D landscape models, preparing technical drawings and documentation, and aligning designs with project requirements, standards, and regulations. The BIM Landscape Architect collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, participates in design reviews, and supports the integration of landscape elements into overall project workflows. The role also involves refining designs based on feedback, supporting tender and construction documentation, and contributing to sustainable and context-sensitive landscape solutions.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design for various project types.
* Experience in Landscape Planning, including site analysis and functional outdoor space organization.
* Practical knowledge of Landscaping and Planting Plans, with attention to local climate and maintenance needs.
* Proficiency with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Civil 3D, or similar) and 2D/3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
* Ability to read and produce technical drawings, details, and coordinated documentation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
* Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local regulations, and construction practices is an advantage.
* Previous experience in similar roles or with complex projects in the region is beneficial.
