OIA Properties is looking for a creative and talented Video Editor & Content Creator to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who can do more than just edit — someone who knows how to plan, shoot, create, and edit engaging videos from start to finish, with a strong understanding of social media content.
üé¨ Key Responsibilities
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and marketing purposes
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, property tours, promotional videos, and other content
• Edit raw footage into creative and professional videos
• Add music, captions, transitions, effects, and graphics
• Develop creative video concepts and content ideas
• Handle basic videography, including camera angles, lighting, and framing
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Work closely with the marketing and real estate teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with current social media and video trends
‚ú® Requirements
• Previous experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or Content Creator
• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Must know how to create, shoot, and edit videos from start to finish
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
• Knowledge of cameras, lighting, and basic videography
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Real estate content experience is a plus
