Total Experience:

Description:
The role holder is responsible for will be responsible for creating and enhancing digital user experiences across websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations.
Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Develop, maintain, and enhance design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual elements across digital products.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective and user-centered design solutions.
Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user validation to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize the user experience.
Ensure designs are responsive and compatible across different devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to create accessible digital experiences.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
Review developed products and conduct UI quality checks to identify design inconsistencies and usability issues.
Prepare and maintain design documentation, component libraries, and handover guidelines for development teams.
Identify opportunities to improve existing digital products through continuous design optimization and innovation.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, design tools, and industry best practices.
Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and design methodologies.
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and user research.
Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
Strong team player and confident manner, enthusiasm, willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and build working relationships.
Able to function in high pressured and fast paced environment.
Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
