Role Description The Training Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharm El Sheikh. This position is responsible for organizing and delivering training programs for hotel and resort staff, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and maintaining training records. The Training Coordinator will support department leaders by identifying skill gaps, coordinating onboarding programs, and ensuring consistent service standards across the properties. The role also includes monitoring training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance guest service quality and operational performance. Regular collaboration with HR and department managers is required to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating training programs, workshops, or staff development initiatives in hospitality or a related service industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and explain concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in using common office software and learning tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentation software, basic LMS platforms).
- Attention to detail in maintaining training records, tracking attendance, and reporting training outcomes.
- Ability to work on-site in Sharm El Sheikh and collaborate closely with HR, department heads, and frontline team members.
- Previous experience in hotels or resorts is highly beneficial; background in training, HR, or education is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
