Role Description The Traffic Management Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily traffic management operations at roadwork and construction sites, ensuring safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians around work zones. The supervisor plans and coordinates traffic diversions, signage placement, lane closures, and temporary traffic control systems in alignment with project requirements and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring field staff, conducting site inspections, resolving traffic-related issues, and communicating with project managers, contractors, and relevant authorities. The role also includes documenting activities, preparing basic reports, and ensuring that all team members follow safety standards and traffic control procedures.
