Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and play a key role in attracting and securing the talent that will support our continued growth.
This is a hands-on recruitment role, partnering closely with business and project leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver high-quality recruitment across a diverse portfolio. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with particular focus on large-scale project recruitment, specialist and business-critical hiring, and nationalisation priorities.
You’ll combine strong recruitment delivery with market insight and trusted stakeholder partnership, creating a positive and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- * Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business areas, from initial role briefing and sourcing through assessment, offer and mobilisation handover.
- Lead recruitment delivery for large-scale projects, managing high-volume and complex hiring requirements against project mobilisation priorities.
- Partner with business and project leaders to understand workforce plans, capability requirements and critical hiring needs.
- Proactively source and engage senior, specialist and hard-to-find talent through targeted search, market mapping, referrals and relevant recruitment channels.
- Lead and support Talent Acquisition team members, helping to prioritise workloads, strengthen capability and maintain high standards of recruitment delivery.
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessment, selection and feedback, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Support nationalisation priorities by proactively identifying, engaging and progressing local talent. Build strong talent pipelines for current vacancies, project mobilisation, proposals and future growth requirements.
- Provide hiring managers with practical market insight on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment challenges.
- Champion internal mobility, diverse shortlists and fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure hiring activity is delivered in line with recruitment governance and standards.
- Use recruitment technology, systems and data to improve efficiency, quality and the overall recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- * A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong Talent Acquisition experience within a complex, fast-paced and multicultural organisation.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to personally source and deliver across multiple roles and disciplines.
- Experience supporting large-scale project recruitment and mobilisation, including high-volume and specialist hiring.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environments, including areas such as Design Management, Project Management, Advisory and Transportation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining pace, quality and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of regional talent markets and the ability to translate market insight into practical recruitment solutions.
- Experience within engineering, professional services, consulting or another project-led environment would be advantageous.
