Position Overview
We are seeking a Structural Engineering Lead / Building Inspection professional to oversee structural assessments, building inspections, and engineering reviews. This role will provide technical guidance on structural safety, building conditions, and compliance while supporting project teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- * Lead structural inspections, assessments, and technical reviews of buildings.
- Evaluate structural conditions, defects, and potential safety risks.
- Review structural drawings, calculations, reports, and specifications.
- Provide recommendations for repair, strengthening, and maintenance works.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners.
- Prepare detailed inspection findings and technical reports.
- Monitor structural repair and remediation activities.
- Ensure inspection and engineering work complies with applicable standards and regulations.
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, building inspection, or related work.
- Strong knowledge of structural systems, building defects, and assessment methods.
- Experience with structural analysis and engineering software is preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Professional engineering certification or relevant inspection qualification is an advantage.
