About The RoleIAR is part of Qt Group, operating as an independent business focused on embedded software development. We provide software development tools that help engineers develop, debug, test, and secure embedded software for products across automotive, industrial automation, medical technology, and other industries.
Our Test team works across IAR’s development organization to make software testing more efficient and reliable. We combine testing expertise with software engineering to build and maintain the tools, frameworks, and infrastructure used to test our products.
As a Software Engineer in the Test team, you’ll build and improve the tools, automation, and infrastructure behind our testing. You’ll work with established in-house solutions as well as newer technologies, learning how our existing systems work and finding better ways to solve problems over time. You’ll get to work across software engineering, test automation, and development infrastructure, with plenty of opportunities to learn along the way.
