Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities on residential project sites in Jordan, ensuring work is executed in line with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with civil and structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers; monitoring progress; and resolving technical and operational issues that arise during construction. The Site Engineer will conduct inspections, verify material quality, and support quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining site documentation, reporting on project status, supporting adherence to local regulations, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to keep work on schedule and within budget.
