Role Description The Site Architect (Technical Office) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for reviewing and coordinating architectural drawings, ensuring design compliance with project specifications, building codes, and client requirements. The Site Architect will prepare and update technical documentation, support shop drawings, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and finishing teams to resolve design conflicts. Daily tasks include communicating with site engineers, contractors, and consultants, tracking design-related issues, and providing technical support to ensure execution matches approved designs. The role also involves participating in project meetings, monitoring construction progress against architectural plans, and supporting project managers in delivering projects on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications
-Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings and execution details using AutoCAD/Revit.
-Perform accurate quantity surveying (BOQs) and material take-offs.
