Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh for a Shopping Mall Boutique Sales for Specialty Tea position. The team member will engage with customers in a specialty tea boutique, providing product information, explaining tea varieties and brewing methods, and offering tastings where appropriate. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, recommending suitable teas and related products, and ensuring a positive, service-oriented shopping experience. The role also involves maintaining product displays, managing stock levels in the boutique, processing sales transactions, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The team member will work closely with management to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.

* Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with diverse customers and team members.
* Customer Service skills to provide attentive support, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns in a courteous manner.
* Sales skills to understand customer needs, recommend products, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
* Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding of new staff, assist in coaching team members, and help implement sales initiatives.
* Interest in specialty tea, with willingness to learn about different varieties, origins, and preparation methods.
* Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh, including weekends and mall peak hours, as required.
* Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
* Basic numeracy and POS handling skills for accurate cash and card transactions.
