Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The candidate will be responsible for testing web and/or mobile applications, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
- Identify, report, and track bugs using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Perform regression, functional, and smoke testing
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective
- Ensure timely delivery of quality releases
Required Skills:
- * 2–3 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in manual testing (functional, regression, smoke testing)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Basic understanding of APIs and API testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
Good to Have:
- * Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium or similar)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL for basic database validation
Preferred Qualifications:
- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Good communication and teamwork skills
