Job Purpose:
Ensure proper quality and scheduling of the concrete prefab houses construction.
Job Duties:
- Quality control over the site works.
- Identify site problems and coordinate with the different parties to solve it.
- Use Microsoft project to prepare a schedule for the project tasks
- Follow up the schedule of the procurement and site activities.
- Update the schedule on a weekly basis and send the report to the clients.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge in all finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, wood works…
- Should be an expert in AutoCAD and excel
- Should have good knowledge of scheduling software's such as Primavera or Microsoft projects.
