Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, monitor, and control the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, manuals, and work instructions.
- Conduct internal audits and support external, client, and certification audits.
- Identify and document nonconformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate QA records and quality documentation.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists, reports, and related quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable quality standards.
- Collaborate with different departments and project teams to implement and sustain the IMS.
- Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Prepare quality-related documentation for tenders and project execution stages.
- Review client quality requirements and ensure compliance throughout project execution.
- Support project teams in achieving high levels of quality and technical excellence.
- Monitor quality performance and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
- Experience in conducting internal audits and managing audit findings.
- Experience with nonconformity management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience preparing quality documentation for tenders and construction projects.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
