- The role ensures the right quality at the right cost and time, in compliance with Botanica and RSG Group procurement policy, with fair and ethical treatment of suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Planning
- Build the annual procurement plan from the approved budgets of Production, Nursery Operations, Landscape Maintenance and support functions.
- Develop category strategies: plants and trees, agricultural inputs, irrigation, equipment and fleet, and services.
- Aggregate demand and set framework and rate agreements for recurring items.
Sourcing & Purchasing
- Run the full cycle: requisition, RFQ or tender, technical and commercial evaluation, negotiation and purchase order.
- Apply competitive sourcing and the Delegation of Authority to every purchase.

Supplier Management
Maintain the approved vendor list; qualify, evaluate and review supplier performance.
Manage supplier contracts, claims and disputes; develop local suppliers where possible.
Cost Control & Compliance
- Track savings, price benchmarks and spend by category and business unit.
- Enforce procurement policy, ethics, conflict-of-interest and anti-bribery controls (ISO 37301); keep audit-ready records.

Skills:
- Negotiation, tendering and bid evaluation.
