HIRING: SENIOR LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE – ARABIC SPEAKER
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Logistics Executive – Arabic Speaker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, freight forwarding, and customs clearance activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport companies, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, shipping records, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth movement of materials and equipment.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Track shipments and resolve delays, delivery issues, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, customs requirements, and applicable logistics procedures.
- Support vendor management, logistics negotiations, and service provider evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular logistics reports to management.
- Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Infrastructure, Construction, or a related industry.
- Arabic Speaker is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE logistics, transportation, shipping, and customs procedures.
- Good knowledge of supply chain and freight-forwarding processes.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
