Senior HR Analytics & Reporting Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Analyst – HR Analytics & Reporting to join our Human Resources Department and play a key role in providing data-driven insights across the full HR function.
The role will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Manpower, HR Budgeting, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Operations, and other key HR areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent Power BI and Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex HR data into clear dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations that support better decision-making and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, reports, and executive presentations covering all major HR functions.
- Analyze key HR metrics and trends across Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Manpower, HR Operations, L&D, OD, and employee-related data.
- Develop and monitor Recruitment Analytics, including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate, Hiring Funnel, and Recruitment Performance.
- Support manpower planning and workforce analytics, including headcount, vacancies, turnover, workforce movements, and organizational requirements.
- Support HR budgeting and cost analysis, including manpower budgets, hiring costs, HR-related expenses, and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Develop analytics and reports related to Learning & Development, including training participation, training costs, completion rates, and effectiveness.
- Support Organizational Development through workforce insights, organizational structure analysis, headcount trends, and other relevant HR metrics.
- Analyze HR Operations data, including employee movements, attendance, turnover, promotions, transfers, and other workforce-related metrics.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Translate HR data into meaningful insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, business leaders, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide relevant analysis.
- Prepare regular monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for management.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, quality, and integrity of HR data across different systems and reports.
- Work closely with HR teams to identify data gaps, improve reporting processes, and enhance data quality.
- Support HRIS and ATS reporting and ensure effective utilization of available HR data.
- Automate recurring reports and contribute to HR digital transformation and reporting automation initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and potential risks through HR data analysis and provide proactive recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc HR analysis and reporting requirements as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Manpower, HR Operations, L&D, and OD.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience developing HR dashboards, executive reports, and data-driven presentations.
- Strong knowledge of HR KPIs, workforce metrics, recruitment analytics, and HR reporting.
- Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset.
- Ability to work with large datasets and handle multiple reporting requirements.
- Previous experience supporting the Saudi Arabian market or working with KSA HR data is a strong advantage.
- Experience with SQL, Power Query, DAX, or other data analytics tools is a plus.
