Role OverviewThe MarTech Operations Senior Executive is the operational and technical control point for the marketing technology ecosystem. The role combines hands-on platform capability with structured service management: diagnosing issues, resolving configuration-level problems where appropriate, routing engineering defects to the accountable teams, and ensuring marketing platforms remain connected, measurable, healthy and scalable.
This is not a campaign execution role. The role enables Brand, CRM and channel teams to operate effectively while protecting clear ownership boundaries across Product, Tech, Data, InfoSec and external/offshore support.
